Worldwide Facilities and State-Of-The-Art Manufacturing
America – Worldwide corporate headquarters is located in Bloomfield, New Jersey (near New York City). This 70,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse/factory building is where Solid State Incorporated coordinates its sales and shipments to all parts of the world. The warehouse controls a massive inventory of Solid State Brand products thereby reducing the lead-time for many of the most popular components. State-of-the-art test equipment and experienced technicians enable specialized testing to be performed here with prompt results and meticulous attention to detail.
Solid State Incorporated can choose and test special selections for our customers' specific requirements as well as providing other value-added services including FET and Dual FET testing, SCR and Triac testing, Unijunction testing, Zener testing and Transistor testing. Other special requests such as private labeling and small manufacturing runs may also be available on certain products.
Far-East – The facility contracted by Solid State Incorporated in the Far-East is state-of-the-art and has produced high quality components for sales under the Solid State Brand name for over two decades. RoHs compliant and many non-RoHS compliant components can be provided from this factory.
Asia – The factory employed by Solid State Incorporated in Asia is a vertically integrated discrete semiconductor manufacturing facility with over 15,000 sq. ft. of clean room area. From this facility, we perform wafer fabrication to final test operations. This is a highly automated manufacturing process of a wide range of transistors, diodes, rectifier diodes, Schottky barrier rectifiers, thyristors, and LEDs in various conventional leaded insertion mount and surface mount packages. |
